How did you know that the bible is true?
Only the curious will learn and only the resolute overcome the obstacles to learning. The quest quotient has always excited me more than the intelligence quotient.

This is like a person being curious with drugs and tried such without the use of intelligence. Are illegal drugs true then?

If the bible is regarded as a spiritual book, it needs more of spiritual quest than intellectual quest. Trying illegal drugs for curiosity does not need intelligence, the object needs how to feel it. Knowing using intelligence is different than knowing using your own feelings through experience.

If the bible is the word of God then it is God's. If the bible is true then God is true. One must experience the truth in order for him to understand and know more about the reality of the bible.

Just as I said, You do not need intelligence just to try them but drugs are both true and reality at fact

Just wandering. How about errors in translations and how different languages present different meaning specially Hebrews?
There are more ancient philosophies than christianity and the bible must have gotten some of its contents from other ancient sources.
I must put my own version of "healthy skepticism" to ease my mind. To put it blantly, some of the practical questions are as follows.
Is the bible the word of God?
Then why
Its Eden, Adam and Eve were taken from the Babylonian accounts to think that it was a stolen account.
Moses is fashioned after the Syrian Mises; its laws after Hammurabi's code. Its Messiah is derived from the Egyptian Mahdi, Savior, certain verses are verbatim copies of Egyptian scriptures
Between Jesus and the Egyptian Horus, Gerald Massy found 137 similarities, and those between Christ and Krishna run into the hundreds. How then can the Bible be a revelation to the Jews? These are only some of the innumerable questions from Lloyd Graham which I found confusingly true. Let us get down to business of identifying the veracity of the bible.

Okay then, how about aesthetic experience? You keep on asking elementary things about the Bible; such as, the Hammurabi's Code, Babylonian account, Khrisna so on and so forth that's why they are taken lightly. Anyway, be persistent with a more original question

I was asking if the bible is true, and started with common and simple questionaires. The burden of proof is on the side of the bible believers.
If you were asking about aesthetic, the answer is another question, was the life of that Christ aesthetically spent?
If my questions seemed to be elementary to you then you and midnight could have tackled it simply.

Ows How could you be able to believe the Bible is really true if you do not know the meaning of aesthetic experience in resonance to religion? I gave you the items to research on and yet grasping them seems stiff to comprehend. Anyway, they are both articulation of faith and examining their theories and histories of religious experience from Kant to Neibhur will be combined and examination that religious and artistic practices are rigorous and exacting Heretofore, the burden of proof is on your side to disproove the trueness of the Bible. and a very good example of that are your basic questions of unbelief

This is the problem when people just copy and paste items without understanding them What you pasted is paragraph collection from TBK( www.truthbeknown.com/bible.htm) with the same title as abovementioned Did you not know that the Mises you are talking about is a derivative of Prophet Musa? Musa is mentioned in the Islam's Holy Book of Quran 502 times, more than any other prophet. And in Islamic tradition, it was Musa (Moses) who urged Muhammad to negotiate with Allah until the required number of daily prayers is reduced from 50 to 5 Did you know that? In regards to the Hammurabi Code, did you not know that the code you are talking about actually derived from an older Sumerian Code from the Southeastern Mesopotamia? Who do you think were Moses' descendants living in the land of Sumer at that time--any idea in relation to Shinar? Before the Decalogue was handed down, there were also other Laws of God just before the time of the Patriarchs (Abe, Isaac, and Jacob,) or even after the Adamic Age which is the Noaic Age laws are already given and mentioned in the covenant. Put all those Laws of God together, then, what do you have? The Decalogue is the polished Laws of God, and another key difference of it from other codes is that the TC is kept in an ark

All you have to prove is the authenticity of the bible. May it be hammurabi's code or any account, to answer me. I started with simple questions which did not have simple answers. What is original by the way, even your answers came from writers don't they? And if you insist, start with translations which donot jive. Tell me if there has been no problems at all and i tell you there are.

Yes, the question is quite simple But you do not simply answer that with yes or no in regards to its trueness specially if there are added querries in proving it. Have you noticed the URL I posted? That is where he copied and pasted the title of his topic and together with that is the paragraph collection of fallacies about the book.
Perhaps, you could help Brnd and start it with the Syrian Mises

Not surprisingly, escape clause is hugely popular In order to prove the authenticity of the Bible, one must disprove the fallacy you attached together with it. The problem is you did copy and paste something you do not have a total control of the consequence. I am asking you your reference of justification regarding your unsubtantiated Syrian Mises and do not try to run away from it If you do, then what's the value of your other querries if you yourself do not have the grounds to prove the trueness of your suppose~d facts That to me is an outright lie--yup
So if I were you, research on that for now and don't be a strawman

I am not running away, my questions should not be responded by silly answers. If you measure this by syrian misses thingy then you did not get my messages.
Besides that syrian misses you're trying to invest against me, there are many grey areas and include that in your answers.
There are many gospels aside from the four gospels in the new testament, they took it aside, someone could say that these four documents originated from early christians who have vested interest in maintaining that their founder was an actual person.

Yes, you are running away You could not even defend the things you have presented. You are the one that is acting silly here coz you just copy and paste and yet when asked about your suppose~d fallacy about the bible--you'are stumped You are no different to a prosecutor who goes to trial armed with his suppose~d evidence which are good enough to initiate court action against the defendant. But wait a minute, when those evidence where countered, questioned, and asked about their validity, evidence given were not free from doubt and not adequate; thus, indictment is dismissed in most cases.
Brnd, you are just like that example above You thought you were armed with the right stuff you introduced by not having any secondary justification to prove your point. What should I call that then Oh btw, its not only the Syrian Mises I'm gonna invest on your negligence co'z I am also going to need you to present us the 137 suppose~d similarities found by Gerald Massy between Jesus and the Egyptian Horus also known as Harseisis, Heru-sa-Aset, Heru-ur ar I know you can easily find 50 but that is not enough to prove my point because you presented 137 so I need you to present exactly 137 similarities After that, we'll work back on the Hammurabi Code and all the other things you ASKED WHY from Midnight
Please don't refrain in defending your materials

There are more ancient religions than christianity.
Of course, there were and Judaism is one of them Can I call that a silly question
So claiming that the bible is true on that hammurabi code etal? Granted that your answers geared to your strong points you also have weak points where you donot explain grey areas in the bible.
The copy and paste thing is as natural to any seeker, but your answers donot convince me well because there are also supposed to be gospels which were excluded, and how could you say those which were included in the bible are the true gospels?
I have given the author of that hammurabi code etal, means i did not conceal it from the readers, but it does not give outstanding impression to call the bible as true as it is as a whole.
The translations, the dates, the authors, and the ones responsible in compiling them,
again for a very simple question, why was the gospel of judas not included in your bible ? How true is your bible?
let me see you talk this time.

You are stalling again I asked you to produce those 137 similarities and what do I get from you nothing This only shows that you really do not know what you are pasting. The same thing happened when I asked you about the Syrian Mises nothing again I bet you also do not know the real author of the code in the Hammurabi's court
Copy and pasting technique when used as a form of disproving a fallacy without due justification are for TH seekers
You must quit stalling and face the matter at hand with confidence--c'mon you can do it even though I doubt you could
